Amber Maintenance Services was founded by Dovydas Valaitis — known as Dovy — with an idea rooted in something personal: that the gap between skilled, hardworking tradespeople and clients who deserve to trust them shouldn't exist. He built Amber to close it.
The trades industry has a reputation for the wrong reasons. Jobs started late. Standards that slip the moment the contract is signed. Workers who show up once and disappear. Dovy had seen it from both sides — and decided the only way to fix it was to build something where trust was the foundation, not an afterthought.
Since 2022, Amber has grown from a one-man operation into a small, trusted team covering South & South West London, Central London and Surrey. The services have expanded. The standards haven't changed.
Every client — whether a homeowner in Wimbledon or a property management company with 30 sites across London — gets the same level of care, the same attention to detail and the same honest communication. That's not a goal. It's how we operate.
